I have been able to upscale several projects by ensuring people engage with the project and this was achieved by my activeness and how well I was able to communicate the project to this persons.

During my years of work as a community manager, I have gotten so much better and confident at it, I am certain to deliver the best. 

What I am looking for is the role of a community manager and a customer support.
