Transitioning to the European startup scene, I led finance departments in fintech and crypto startups, playing a pivotal role in establishing these departments during crucial growth phases.
Over the past year, I have broadened my expertise as a financial advisor and Fractional CFO across diverse industries, including raw materials, organic farming, beverages, and tech. Additionally, I have been involved in identifying and acquiring traditional businesses, such as pallet recycling and gelatin manufacturing.
