SO YOU WANT TO JOIN CANDY?

We are looking for a personable Technical Recruiter to join the People department. Our Technical Recruiter will be responsible for discovering and engaging with top talent in a way that helps us scale rapidly. As a People Team, we are responsible for building and modifying our employee brand as we grow. We fuel Candy’s success by sourcing the best candidates for roles company wide. You will play a leading role in creating the best candidate experience. You will be part of a trustworthy, driven and dependable team. Above all, you will be responsible for helping Candy create a fandom.

We are searching for creative minds that are excited to take on challenges in the immediate while providing vision to the future. We want builders, innovators, and those that can not only think outside the box but collaborate outside the box.

AS OUR MOST VALUABLE PLAYER, YOU WILL...

  • Be responsible for engaging candidates on a daily basis and introducing them to Candy
  • Be responsible keeping up with candidate in pipeline process
  • Meet daily with Recruiting Coordinator and Head of Talent Acquisition
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, share knowledge and practices with Talent Acquisition and other departments to source best candidates for each role
  • Source and recruit candidate with our best sourcing techniques
  • Target new candidates using our market research and sourcing programs
  • Facilitate positive candidate experience through strong messaging and communication

WHO ARE YOU?

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Customer, leadership or sales-focused experience
  • Experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment
  • You have recruiting ATS experience
  • You have a start-up mentality
  • You have excellent communication skills written and verbal
  • You have ease presenting your work and explaining design decisions
  • A love of sports, collectibles, blockchain & crypto, and/or collectibles!
