Web3 Senior Manager, Systems and Tools Enablement (Remote)

Compensation: $84k - $100k *

Location: FL Miami, Florida, United States

This is a completely remote role and can work anywhere in the US.

RECUR is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to join its team full-time. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team, where you will lead a team of individuals supporting RECUR’s global user base, ensuring delightful user experiences as they interact with some of the largest brands in the world entering the nascent and growing NFT space.

What you will do at RECUR

  • Own the entire system maintenance, configuration and optimization of customer support SaaS tech stacks (i.e Zendesk, Retool, Workforce Management)
  • Design tools and systems in a way that will enable CX Teams to work efficiently, continually finding ways to automate and improve workflows.
  • Be an industry expert, recommend and execute on the latest tools and technologies for CX organizations (AI chatbots, workforce management, Zendesk integrations).
  • Hire and develop a team of Systems professionals, developing their skills to provide a best-in-class experience for RECUR Customer Experience employees and customers.
  • Create workflows for how customer support tools should be used and document all system setup in an organized knowledge base.

What you bring to RECUR

  • 6+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator for Customer Support CRMs (Zendesk, Khoros, Workforce Management)
  • Highest standards of detail and precision: ability to capture the smallest of details while also able to zoom out on big picture strategy
  • You enjoy developing people as much as you enjoy defining strategic goals and initiatives
  • Excellent communicator, cross-functional collaborator, positive attitude
