About Programs & Internal Communications, People & Talent

The Program and Internal Communications team sits within People and Talent. We are a small but mighty team that oversees all projects, programs and communications related to our people. As a Senior Program Manager for performance you will work closely with our People Partners, Learning and Development and Total Rewards and HR Operations team to design and deliver all our programmes related to performance including our annual review cycles, promotions, workforce and succession planning etc. You should be excited about all things performance and development, having built or run similar programmes before with an emphasis on leading and navigating the communications and consistency of these programs. 

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with our Total Rewards and People Partner team and lead all our cyclical performance programmes from promotions windows, annual compensation review and annual review cycles. 
  • Support the continued iteration and implementation of our performance processes. This process will be used to identify and retain world-class managers and leaders from across the globe. 
  • Partner with our People Partners to design resources, communications campaigns and toolkits to engage our leaders and people through our performance management processes
  • Source and implement technology and analytics to support performance, workforce and succession planning 
  • Design and build out our internal mobility processes and communications 
  • Project manage and develop communications plans for our mid year and end of year review processes 
  • Develop strong relationships with leadership across the organization, People Partners, Learning and Development, Talent and other program managers  
  • Help build out day-to-day people programs and processes to develop our incredible talent
  • Be willing to get stuck in and help with day-to-day operations and communications of the Programmes team

Experience we’re looking for: 

  • 5+ years proven track record managing/leading complex projects, and multiple stakeholders.
  • An understanding of the performance process, and experience supporting complex initiatives such as talent reviews, compensation review cycles, development conversations, workforce and succession planning processes.
  • Ability to think strategically, but also go deep to manage the day-to-day nuts and bolts of the performance and development programs
  • Strong project management capabilities—you are able to juggle multiple deadlines, quick turn-arounds and produce remarkable results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills with an ability to create communication plans, put together presentation decks, analytics, speaker notes, resource toolkits and other materials to help support the education of our performance processes for various audiences.
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources, organizational development or talent management
  • Experience working with People Partners, and Senior Leadership.
  • Experience supervising or managing others

Nice to have

Demonstrated interest in the startup, tech, and Ethereum/Blockchain landscape, and keeping tabs on emerging and transitioning businesses, industry news, competitive analysis, etc.
