Openfabric is looking for a Marketing professional who will become the voice of our brand and the management of all community communication.

Responsibilities:

Create and own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Openfabric. You will set clear objectives and goals, research and define target audiences, develop marketing and communication strategies, and measure adoption. You will also conduct customer research and apply your insights to these and other initiatives.
Responsible for the planning, coordination, compilation, layout, design image selection, proofing and distribution and all other direct marketing and ensuring projects meet all required deadlines. Always looking for innovative ways to deliver a better customer experience each season.
Drive the evolution of our brand positioning, bringing it to life in a clear and consistent way that resonates with and motivates our target audiences.
Grow and manage online and offline Openfabric communities.
Create, translate, and proofread content for Openfabric.
Explore new community-friendly platforms to facilitate the expansion of the user base and awareness.
Assist in organizing online and offline events and meet-ups.
Share market feedback and user suggestions with relevant functional teams in HQ.
Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, blogs, marketing materials, and other platforms.
Conduct research and interviews to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter.
Analysis and reporting of market growth, surveys, etc.
Using social media to engage users, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote company initiatives.

Requirements:

Demonstrable experience developing and executing go-to-market plans for software platforms (preferably Web 3 ones), including targeted advertising, online and offline events, and content marketing.
Proven community management experience with strong ownership and emotional intelligence.
Experience in launching community initiatives (e.g., building an online forum, starting an ambassador program, creating an event series, and writing an email newsletter).
Familiarity with online platforms such as Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, Medium, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Strong understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain-related terminologies and trends and a strong interest in crypto culture.
Be able to work flexible and stretched hours to interact with the crypto community as frequently as possible.
Advanced level of English.
