U410 is hiring a
Web3 Cryptocurrency Infrastructure Engineer

Compensation: $81k - $108k *

Location: Austin, Texas, United States

Unit 410 is a small, senior team of infrastructure engineers powering some of the largest proof-of-stake and validating operations in the world. We’ve long believed in the potential of programmable money and we are excited to continue pushing forward the state of the art through proof-of-stake networks. Done right, proof-of-stake networks offer scaling, efficiency, and governance improvements over existing layer 1 protocols. But this comes with novel security challenges.

We’re often the first participants in new networks and help them design and scale for success. We secure a large amount of these assets and contribute back open source tooling, architectures, and designs that help our networks mature.

We enable the largest stakeholders to use their crypto in secure and novel ways.

  • Day #1 Support: We partner with founders and sophisticated investors to provide full support for interacting with novel crypto assets from the day that they launch.
  • Articulate Risks: We provide research and recommendations so that these holders can effectively manage their risks and rewards.
  • Crypto Key Generation & Encryption: We build secure and flexible encryption solutions that enable our customers to safely interact with these novel assets and networks and prepare for emerging use cases.
  • Team & Culture: We prioritize reducing single points of failure, a healthy work / life balance, and challenge each other to hold an extremely high technical bar. This is core to our DNA with an extremely technical leadership team.
