Web3 HR Onboarding Specialist

Compensation: $54k - $75k *

Location: New York, Bay Area or Remote

Responsibilities - Design, implement, and improve onboarding process from start to finish, including gathering feedback for constant improvement - Build learning modules and materials that link up to our values and goals. - Partner with managers to ensure operational success (reduce “3Fs” - finding things, fixing things, and following up). - Empower new hires to easily self-onboard and dive right into learning on the job.

Desired Experience - Solid experience with data tracking and HR workflows/systems (LMS or HRIS) - Must have excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills - Solid 1:1 and 1:many communication skills (concise/clear writing, simple/streamlined decks, engaging presentation skills) - Ability to solve new/unfamiliar problems creatively - Ability to work quickly and prioritize
