We are looking for a talented and passionate Business Development Manager who will have an important strategic role to play in creating and managing growth in terms of scale and range of our business initiatives and activities. This is an exciting opportunity to create action plans and sales strategies that will help us reach our growth initiatives — including new customer acquisition, client optimization and establish industry specific partnerships.
You will drive the business development plan, and with proven experience of identifying and securing new business opportunities in a commercial setting, you will have met and exceeded customer and partnership targets and will be able to deliver effective pitches, proposals and reports. You will also have an understanding of corporate fundraising techniques, and keen demonstrable interest in international development.
This is a networking role that requires strong communication and organizational skills as well as an ability to work under pressure and to meet demanding deadlines.

The Business Development Manager will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of developing and managing business development pipelines.
You’ll be part of our innovative crypto project that aims to support wider adoption of medical cannabis in Europe and provide Europe-wide cannabis expertise through various channels. Therefore, preference would be a candidate who has been involved in crypto and DeFi and understands at least basics, has some knowledge of the medical cannabis industry and is always curious to learn more.
