Ethereum Name Service (ENS) is a decentralized, permissionless naming system built on the Ethereum blockchain that enables human-readable names (like "myname.eth") to be linked to standard Ethereum addresses and other distributed systems.

As one of the first protocols built on Ethereum, ENS has enabled over 3 million registered .eth names, and over another 20 million ENS names from teams such as Coinbase, Uniswap, and Linea, as well as integrations with hundreds of other apps, wallets, protocols, and browsers in the crypto ecosystem.

ENS Labs has been driving the core development of the ENS protocol since 2018. We created the ENS app, open-source libraries, and core smart contracts. We are on a mission to make crypto-powered experiences as easy and accessible as browsing the web. Join us as we build the next iteration of our protocol, ENSv2, and pioneer a more decentralized, flexible, and scalable ENS for the future.

About the Role

We're looking for a Product Manager to help drive the next phase of development for Ethereum Name Service (ENS). You will play a pivotal role in shaping the product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams, and pushing the boundaries of what decentralized identity and Web3 services can become.

As a PM at ENS, you will have the unique opportunity to directly contribute to the growth of Web3 and redefine how people interact with blockchain-based applications. This is a high-impact, collaborative position for someone passionate about the decentralized web and dedicated to driving its evolution into a mainstream reality.

What You'll Do

  • Work with product and engineering teams to help define and drive a compelling product vision and strategy for ENS, aligning with industry trends, user needs, company goals, and product data.

  • Identify and prioritize features and opportunities to create a standout product experiences for users.

  • Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation through to launch and post-launch iteration.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, legal) to deliver high-quality products quickly and efficiently.

  • Stay connected with the ENS community, gather feedback, and ensure that features support both user needs and the broader Web3 ecosystem.

  • Define key metrics to measure success and drive data-informed decisions.

  • Communicate product vision, progress, and challenges to stakeholders.

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support.

  • Set clear priorities, manage resources effectively, and drive product goals to completion.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of product management experience.

  • Deep knowledge of Web3 and blockchain ecosystems.

  • Proven experience leading large-scale consumer products from concept to launch.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects across diverse teams.

  • Strong analytical skills to translate research and data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of influencing stakeholders and driving execution.

It’s a Plus, if You Have

  • Familiarity with ENS and/or other decentralized protocols.

  • Strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, DeFi, NFTs, and DAO governance.

ENS Labs is an equal-opportunity employer and embraces diversity. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to creating an inclusive and supportive work environment.
