Front End React Jobs in Web3

Blockdaemon is looking for a Technical Lead, Web Application & Frontend Engineer with focus on implementation of design, responsive web and cross browser compatibility. This role will report to the UI/UX lead and work closely with product and engineering teams to support company goals and initiatives.

As the Technical Lead you will oversee our Web Application & Frontend Engineering teams and all projects they undertake, perform analysis, identify risks, and develop work schedules whilst working with the project management team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Write code. This position will involve writing software
• Motivating your team and availing yourself to help with questions from team members and voice their concerns
• Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes
• Interact and collaborate with other engineers, designers, and team members
• Focus on creating a shared understanding of systems and helping out through collaboration and teamwork
• Design and prototype new features
• Contribute to architecture discussions
• Code reviews. We encourage frequent and open feedback
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Skills and Required Qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
• 5+ years of front-end engineering experience
• 4+ years leading technical teams
• Expertise in Javascript, React & Golang
• Excellent technical, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Expertise in CSS and HTML
• Expertise with CI/CD & API design
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail while being able to think and analyze holistically and at a high level
• You enjoy entrepreneurial environments and want to help build something meaningful
