Hey! My name is Carol Teixeira and I use pronouns she/her/hers. I’m born and bred in Brazil, my heritage is mixed between Indigenous, Black and White, but if you ask my identity is full on Latina-Americana :)

I’m very tactile and visual. I love creating things with my hands, from woodworking to gardening. I’m an amateur designer photographer, mostly focused in portraits.

I love traveling and my jam is usually going down the beaten path and exploring culture through people and food. I’m a dancer of all music genres (even classical). 

I’m a creative thinker with 10+ years experience in growing ventures and communities to create positive change. I’ve spent the better part of my career creating purpose-driven narratives as a way to inspire people and organisations to push the boundaries of creativity and innovation. 
I’m currently on a mission at LEGO to build a more inclusive global brand identity, connecting with new audiences, increasing representation of historically underrepresented communities across stories, products and experiences 
and embedding inclusive thinking into the company’s creative process.
