Web3 Head of GTM Recruiting, EMEA

Compensation: $63k - $90k *

In addition to "Building Trust in Blockchains" we are actively seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition (TA), EMEA to lead and inspire our Go To Market (GTM) TA Team across the region. Are you ready to join a high growth SaaS company which is No.1 in its space?

Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Talent, International, you are a passionate, customer focused, multifaceted Talent Acquisition Leader who owns and drives the hiring strategy across the GTM, Marketing and Corporate Functions across Europe, Middle East and Africa. This leader will be responsible for leading an experienced group of Recruiters dedicated to hiring outstanding Talent.

You will possess a demonstrable track-record in leading and scaling a TA function to support business growth, be curious, thinks big, earns trust with diverse stakeholders, and is comfortable taking calculated risks to implement innovative solutions. You understand what it takes to move a successful, rapidly growing team from good to great, think creatively and can roll up your sleeves to act tactically when necessary. We require a leader with vision and innovative problem-solving skills, and a track record of success achieved through exceptional leadership and collaboration who is excited to lead a high performing team.

Core role responsibilities

  • Lead, develop and scale a high performing EMEA GTM TA team to support the regional growth across Chainalysis
  • Build solutions that scale and flex with the needs of the business.
  • Delivers results to support strategic business initiatives.
  • Partner with Business and HR leaders to determine future talent needs and translate that into a strategic workforce plan.
  • Identify appropriate metrics to measure effectiveness of TA initiatives in partnership with the Data and Analytics team and business leaders.
  • Instil Growth Mindset and Change Agility across the team
  • Develop the recruitment strategy to identify and drive productivity improvements that enable the team to deliver on hiring growth plans

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6+ years Direct, People Management experience in a Regional Talent Acquisition capacity within the Technology Sector.
  • Ability to lead, coach and mentor managers and individual contributors to deliver key organizational goals.
  • Proven success with program management in rapidly changing business environments.
  • Experience identifying and resolving issues independently, and can work effectively in ambiguous circumstances.
  • Ability to develop and implement planning processes and procedures across geographically distributed teams.
  • Excellent oral communication and listening skills
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate strategy into operational plans and business results.
  • Defines clear objectives, secures the appropriate level of resources and facilitates cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Solicits and garners required support & agreement for data based proposed solutions at the highest levels (clients and business partners)
  • Consistently uses data to drive initiatives, set appropriate metrics for the team, and to help execute on broader org wide strategies
  • Consistently attracts and hires, high performing individuals to the team who raise the average level of performance on the team
  • Creates and maintains psychological safety and encourages learning from, and admitting, failures/mistakes fostering a "blameless post mortem" culture
  • Creates and fosters a culture of accountability within the team anticipating and addressing client's, candidate's, and/or Chainalsysis employee's need

Preferred qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to translate ambiguous goals into concrete actions and drive results
  • Experience leading a large geographically dispersed team across Asia
  • Excellent writer with track record in developing white papers on proposed plans and programs
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to diagnose problems, identify and drive appropriate solutions
  • Has a data driven approach with strong analytics and the ability to create, measure and scale the right work workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
