Role Summary

As our Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch client experiences for our different brand partners onboarding throughout the length of their contract with us. You will be the owner of this full life cycle and collaborate with other teams to make sure both new and existing clients have the best possible experience. You will be an early member of this growing team reporting directly to our Head of Delivery & Digital Operations.

You will be working with some of the top professionals in this industry and will position Boson Protocol as a leader in its field. As our Senior Account Manager, you will provide support to our Head of Delivery & Digital Operations, working closely with our Partnerships team and interfacing with other important areas such as Marketing, Delivery and Engineering as required.

What you will do: Play an important leading role for the purpose of consulting and onboarding brands including:

  • Undertaking comprehensive handovers from the Partnerships team
  • Regular client data reporting
  • Overall relationship management throughout the lifecycle of the partnership
  • Resolving queries at the first point of contact
  • Consulting on and helping to shape creative experiential brand opportunities for the Metaverse - ensuring these are meaningful and meet the requirements of both the client and the organisation
  • Nurture existing clients to make sure they receive full-cycle, top-notch client experiences for existing and future campaigns - this could range from Metaverse activations to digital or physical events
  • Ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of operational customer service whilst passing new opportunities for further collaboration to the Partnerships team
  • Update clients on Boson products and developments and educate them on best practices
  • Partner with internal and client cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives
  • Manage client experience from start to finish

Must have skills / experience
