Web3 Office Manager

Compensation: $49k - $75k *

The Role:

Autograph is looking for an Office Manager to be based in our Santa Monica headquarters. As our first Office Manager, you will be a major part of the daily life at our office. You will serve as the primary point of contact for everything related to our facilities and to the various needs of our employees and partners. This will include a wide variety of administrative responsibilities, both managing certain functions and personally taking care of projects and tasks both large and small. You will care passionately about preserving our positive, supportive and employee-first culture, working hard to ensure that employees have the physical and virtual tools to be successful. You will be thoughtful about what is needed to drive organizational efficiency and effectiveness and will be relentlessly diligent about managing and communicating with colleagues concerning any and all administrative details.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute the day-to-day administrative activity of the company to ensure smooth operations
  • Take an active part in planning and executing company wellbeing and employee experience activities
  • Welcoming partners and other visitors with a high level of care and professionalism
  • Coordinate with HR to ensure that candidates interviewing onsite and welcomed and brought to the appropriate people at the appropriate times
  • Ensure a pleasant working environment and smooth ongoing operation of all administrative needs
  • Coordinate and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain office supplies, coffee, drinks, and snacks
  • Coordinate office cleaners, waste and recycling collection
  • Coordinate office repairs of equipment and facility requests
  • Serve as day-to-day liaison with the Landlord

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2-4+ years of office operations and administration experience.
  • Extreme attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • You’re a self-starter who likes to take the initiative.
  • Positive energy, focused on delivering creative, high-quality solutions.
  • Passion for delivering a high level of customer service and confidence in managing a range of stakeholders.
  • Creative mindset with energy to deliver new employee experiences and events.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment with the ability to maintain professional composure under pressure.
  • Proficiency in technology tools including, but not limited to, Mac, Google Suite, A/V equipment, etc.
  • Bonus points for experience with coordinating office moves and set up.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Entertainment and Technology industry experience
  • Knowledge of or interest in the NFT space
  • Knowledge of interest in blockchain and cryptocurrencies
