Web3 Social Media Marketing Manager

Compensation: $25k - $35k

Location: Delaware United States

Satoshi’s Games is one of the pioneers in the play-to-earn, Blockchain gaming, with titles
such as Light Nite and Monstropoly. The core business of the company is though the Game
Platform Elixir, where game studios can access a complete range of services to ensure a
successful game launch: from financing (via a launchpad) to distribution (via the launcher)
and a full incubation service to help them with gameplay, marketing, and tokenomics,
among others.

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager & Content Creator to lead the
definition and the implementation of communications and marketing campaigns in both our
social media channels and external digital media, including paid ads as required. The
person would cover all actions required for our three communities: Light Nite, Monstropoly
and Elixir, and may also provide some services to games that participate in the Elixit
acceleration program.

This is a full-time remote position, ideally in the CET +/- 4h time zone. Nevertheless, we are
flexible to accommodate to the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan social media content backed by creator and consumer insights, platform best practices, social trends and performance data
  • Oversee the social media calendars, setting a high editorial standard and best practices (such as format, messaging, tone of voice, frequency, timing)
  • Define and apply the Elixir tone of voice and speak in a relatable way to our community
  • Work with influencers to plan, coordinate and support all marketing campaigns done via this channel
  • Work with the creative team to ensure Elixir and each game branding is reflected across our social media content
  • Proactively liaise between marketing, development and partnerships to manage and prioritise content topics
  • When working with agencies, create clear briefs and manage on time delivery to a high standard
  • Oversee the regular reporting on social media activity internally and implement improvements

Requirements:

  • Expertise in social media marketing and campaign execution
  • Experience of social media networks, and how best to use them (Including: Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, and potentially other such as TikTok, Snapchat and more)
  • Passion for content creation and compelling copywriting skills
  • You've got a pulse on local and regional cultural trends
  • Experienced in navigating around data and insights, including the use of Google Sheets, Social Tech and Social Listening tools
  • Understand how to report on effectiveness of social media content
  • A passion for live streaming, gaming and new media channels
