Web3 Partner Manager

What’s the role?

Our Partner Manager is responsible for driving Partner success, as measured by customer outcomes (e.g., new customer acquisition, integrations, customer satisfaction) and revenue generated from each Partner.

What will you do?

  • Drive Partner success from integration through growth and renewal
  • Wakes up every morning thinking about how to better enable our Partners’ commercial and product teams via incentives, enablement, co-marketing and product workflows
  • Act as the operational owner of our Partnerships function - supporting the VP Strategic Alliances to
    • Document and execute against GTM, Product, and Launch playbooks,
    • Ensure tools and systems are optimised,
    • Deliver weekly and monthly reporting
    • Run QBR processes with Partners,
    • Ensure we have Account Maps and Plans for each Partner
  • Partner closely with with Sales and Marketing teams to make sure that our GTM playbooks are being continuously improved and that our execution with our Partners is coordinated, increasing the effectiveness of our go to market motions between Sales, Marketing and Partnerships
  • Partner closely with product, engineering, data and research teams on new releases, develop deep understanding of our products to create deep and differentiated product integrations and associated roadmaps

Requirements

What will you bring?
  • Experience in a Partnerships, Business Development or Growth Strategy role
  • Strong written and verbal communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to simplify complex ideas and messages into clear, bite-sized content
  • Web3 or RegTech experience and an understanding of the industry landscape
  • Product partnership experience preferred
  • B2B experience preferred
