Requirements

Job Description

Be one of the first hires for the StormX debit card and help build and perform superior email customer support. The position is remote, but we expect the candidate to work an East Coast timezone schedule.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide email customer support and respond to customer inquiries
  • Develop Macros for high-frequency questions
  • Provide feedback to Product Team on customer pain points and frequently asked questions
  • Meet or exceed established service levels, response times, and ticket volumes
  • Complete manual tasks as needed to support the debit card product
  • Make the occasional phone call to customers to help walk them through complex issues
  • Document and escalate complaints
  • Help prepare basic slides and training materials
  • Follow policies and procedures

What we’re looking for:

  • Customer focused. Make Customer satisfaction a priority and strive for timely resolution of customer issues
  • Team player: At StormX we are a team and help each other out
  • Minimum 2 years of email support experience
  • Minimum 2 years of financial services or banking experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience with Zendesk
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to help create procedures and training materials
  • Located in the east coast time zone or willing to work an east coast time schedule
  • Work 1 weekend day a month in lieu of a weekday
  • Familiar with PowerPoint or google slides
  • Basic understanding of Debit cards
  • Crypto curious and willing to learn the basics of crypto (we have training for you!)

Bonus points:
  • Debit Card or prepaid card experience
  • 4+ years of experience and desire to build a team
