What you'll do:

• Consult with internal stakeholders and employ investigative data analytics to develop data metrics, drive process and control automation to deliver risk and security insights;
• Contribute to the development of technical anomalies detection tools;
• Review existing application codes, SQL queries and audit logs to ensure compliance with existing policies; and
• Ability to take full ownership and work independently while collaborating with others in a fast-paced team.

What you’ll need:

• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience in one of the following roles: data analytics, fraud detection (e.g. log analysis).
• Experience in software development will be advantageous or experience in the use of programming/scripting languages to analyze large datasets or create automations.
• Ability to understand and monitor fraud trends and to analyze problems logically/ make rational data driven decisions.
• Javascript fluency will be advantageous.
• To be a collaborative and resourceful individual with excellent communication skills able to make radical decisions while being empathetic and respectful.
