MG Stover’s Investor Services (“IS”) Data Processor is responsible for carrying out the data entry and centralized functions of Investor Servicing and report directly to the Investor Services Manager. This position will provide direct support to the IS team by recording daily transaction data from forms into our systems. The role is critical to the success of the company as IT Data Processors are key to maintaining timely and high-quality work within the department.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry with high accuracy rate for high volumes of key investor data into accounting systems
• Maintain offline spreadsheets that include important regulatory categorizations with adherence to data quality, consistency, and referential integrity
• Organize and manage electronic files on the shared network with an enforcement of standards such as data naming and formatting
• Perform tasks with adherence to control procedures
• Perform high quality and accurate work and reduce the need for revisions by consistently performing a self-review of work
• Have a willingness to work extra hours, as necessary, to meet internal client expectations and project deadlines
• Contribute to a team environment and seek opportunities to provide support to team members, as needed
• Ability to compile, organize, analyze, distill large volumes of data with accuracy and time sensitivity, and present output with an understanding of the audience
• Proficiency in systems to facilitate recording transactions, running reporting, updating investor profiles, retrieving bank information, logging client engagement hours, managing calendars, and accessing procedures and other department tools
• Demonstrate an ability to consistently work well under pressure, manage time effectively, and identify and escalate any potential conflicting priorities to Management
• Notify management of areas where assistance is needed in order to meet agreed upon deadlines
• Work collaboratively within the team by being approachable, responsive, and proactively assisting team members, particularly when transaction volumes are high

Compensation Package

• Base compensation capped at $40,000 / year
