A brand new Team Lead of Customer Success position for a global leading Cybersecurity and Cryptocurrency business based in New York HQ’s.


They are an enterprise-grade platform for financial institutions to streamline their digital asset operations, helping customers trade and handle blockchain-based assets without being hacked. With ~500 employees globally across North America, EMEA and the APAC regions. Their C-suite and leadership team are industry experts and are all highly regarded.


This is a brand new hire, it’s not a replacement role. You will be the first CSM on the ground and build a team. You will help create localised processes and targets for your team. When you start, you will have continued support from the Israeli team, but as you become settled, you will build out your team whilst remaining hands-on with the key strategic accounts.


The CS function at this business is not focused on renewals or upsells. The VP describes it as “friends do not sell to friends”, you and your team will focus on customer adoption and continued support – but not tech support, that goes to the Service Desk/ Infrastructure support team.


This is a well-paying position, with plenty of upside, such as building a the first team on the ground + RSU’s, currently, Series E funded, and an excellent time to join!


Required Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of Customer Success Experience
  • Growing and Managing teams
  • Worked for a complex SaaS solutions preferably in Financial Services, Crypto, Cyber or Blockchain
