First, I am good at coordinating between departments and understanding the operational requirements at the company-level, thanks to the fact that I have participated in the ERP-project team of the Sinopharm Holding Guoda Pharmacy Co.,Ltd, and I have become a key member of the project team in 2 weeks from a newbie. 
Second, I can propose different solutions to promote business development. When my company sets up a new project, I am sent to dock the project, analyze the needs and propose solutions, such as IT aspects, process aspects and so on. 
Third, when I am in charge of sales, my clients is in the internet industry and konw about the startup style. I think am able to adapt well to my new changes. 
At last, in my spare time, I have participated in on-chain projects such as gamefi,dex,or testnet protocol, totally web3-user.
