Customer Technical Support Engineer

Detailed oriented Customer Technical Support Professional who excels at communication and effective prioritization of incident case management, utilizing critical analysis and working cross-functionally, to provide a positive resolution and customer experience. Maintain and fulfill service level agreement (SLA) commitments while providing excellent company branding, representation, and customer service.

  • Provide exemplary Incident Management and customer service with prompt, efficient communication and playing a pivotal role in maintaining a positive customer relationship, including cross-functional coordination to CSM and Account Manager, escalation teams (SaaS Ops, Dev Ops, DBA & Engineering) and vendor relations to problem resolution. Identify and confirm the root cause on prod or test environment database 
  • Primary point of contact (POC) for assigned unresolved cases, including tracking inquiry resolution progress, technical and KB article writing, documentation and providing user training
  • Lead Zoom & Teams meeting to investigate/collect data to resolve and or escalate to rectify reported issue

Yearly salary: $65,000
