Hi, it's Ivan! With over 12 years in professional sports and a 11 years in web2, I've delved into web3 for nearly 2 years now. My motto? "Discipline triumphs over talent."

In web2, my journey began as a Support Representative and culminated in leading a Creative Studio Team for one of Envato Marketplace's top 3 author teams.

In 2022, I made the leap to web3 as a Business Development Manager. Fast forward to 2023, and I'm the Head of Growth at Incrypted, Ukraine's foremost crypto media platform, boasting one of Eastern Europe's largest communities with over 120k members.

My hard skills include business development, sales, customer success, planning, and management, while my soft skills encompass communication, critical thinking, flexibility, discipline, adaptability, and a strong team-oriented mindset.
