I am Janis Dirveiks, a seasoned Agile practitioner with over 8 years of product management, Agile coaching, and organisational transformation experience. I am attracted to Web3 space as I have strong passion for innovative products, as well as drive to create self-managed and independent teams, and build Agile culture in the organisations.

I believe that I’m a perfect candidate for the Product Management, Scrum Master or Agile Coach type of roles, as I have helped dozens of teams and companies to practically adopt Agile values, principles and practices and I have a product management background and a drive to increase the speed of value delivery to customers.

I have extensive experience in Agile transformations, project management, and product development in corporate and startup environments:

+ I created the first product organisation with the first Agile teams at Fidel API and coached the entire company towards self-management and continuous improvement practices over the startup-scaleup phases.

+ I rebuilt Nordea’s banking apps (mobile and tablet) with three remote Agile teams (India, Poland, Baltics) while simultaneously pioneering Scrum framework application in the bank.

+ I facilitated Agile transformation in Luminor and SEB banks by changing org-structure and proofing Agile ways of working in selected product teams.
