I’ve spent most of my career working where things are not fully figured out yet. Scaling teams, restructuring operations, navigating different countries, or helping leaders make tough calls — that’s usually where I come in. Over the past 10+ years, I’ve worked across LATAM and global environments supporting growth, transformation, and moments of real business pressure. I’ve built HR from scratch, led multi-country operations, and supported leadership through both expansion and restructuring. I position HR as a facilitator — creating the conditions for the business to operate with more clarity, better decisions, and long-term sustainability.
