Test planning, test design, and Test management for major projects
Test automation promotion
Development environment management and operation
PMO (program management) for maintenance and development
Production failure and alert response
Quality control process formulation and operation
Recruitment of engineers

We place importance on both product and project quality, and plan, formulate, and operate appropriate quality control and quality assurance policies based on waterfall quality control techniques and agile development practices as necessary for project characteristics and needs.
