From my time as a Service Desk agent in 2015 to my current role as a Operations Service Manager, I have consistently demonstrated my ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams while being responsible for driving efficiency and improving organizational performance through effective time management, advanced technological skills, attention to detail, and the ability to plan and forecast effectively.
I understand the importance of delivering a highly customer-focused service within a mission critical environment and am confident in my ability to lead and develop a team of Service Desk, 1st and 2nd line support engineers to exceed customer expectations in both technical resolution and customer service. My extensive experience in mentoring and guiding teams will ensure that they deliver a responsive and exceptional support service for client events and requests.
