Operations/Business Support Manager
Hi. I am is Rea Alfabeto. I currently work as a Operations/Business Support Manager for one of the biggest Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies in the world. I have worked in the company through various transitions for over 13 years while assuming different roles and responsibilities which started when I joined the company in 2010 as a customer service and sales representative, then moved up to the role of a team leader where I handled teams for both operations and later with training transition teams as well supervising the development of our subject matter experts (SMEs). In 2019 I handled my own cluster as operations manager and recently moved on becoming part of a specialized support role as CSM for the entire site that I am supporting that handles both direct partner relations and operations.
I am a naturally curious individual who loves to learn new things and aims to find growth and expansion where others see otherwise. I have been drawn to the knowledge and information of Web 3 since I first heard of it and as an individual who sees change as a new frontier to discover and an opportunity to adapt, integrate and embrace, I truly believe that this is our future as humanity progresses and evolves and being a part of it is truly a leap of boundaries.
