- Expanding a Bitcoin mining operation from 15 PH/s to 200 PH/s. Did everything from planning, architecting, implementation, project management, training, and running operations.
- Starting a Filecoin Storage Provider node with 2 PiB of storage capacity from scratch. Did everything from R&D, business planning, economics, raising money/pitching to investors, business development, customer/data acquisition.
- Selling Filecoin as a Web3 business and providing consulting services for the same. Acquired investment of $3M+
- Researching and analyzing Web3 infrastructure projects across multiple verticals like storage, computing, transcoding, CDN, rendering
