23+ years of experience in embedded software design, development, integration, process automation, and testing as software architect, designer, developer and test automation architect.
Experience of directing all activities of Embedded group of 50+ team members for 2 years. Involved in strategy, planning, IP initiatives, recruitment and pre-sales activities for the growth of Embedded systems group.
Pretty good experience in handling large offshore teams and manage multiple projects / modules, coordinating with vendors and third party partners etc.
Good experience in handling long term client projects of maintenance and handling customer support as well.
Highly experienced in designing and developing various embedded applications for different platforms.
Expert in steaming protocol and streaming applications for IP Camera, DVRs.
Expert in platform independent code development. Thorough knowledge and hands on of C, C++, scripting languages and automation tools.
Experience in working at various layers - firmware, boot-loader, Linux kernel, Linux and windows device driver development, Middle ware libraries, Application, MFG diagnostics development, automation scripting.
Very good experience in design and architecture of test automation framework.
