1. People. I am on a right career path, because making employees feel comfortable, inspired and happy is my mission. Client orientation is my style of work.

2. Learning. It gives us wide opportunities of exploring the world and ourselves. I study constantly (professional areas, history, business trends, technologies). Life-learning is my style of life.

3. Technologies. As a hobby I improve my expertise in a software and QA basics, because as a professional I like to make cross-functional projects for making HR processes digitalized. Digitalization is my style of career building.
