The Binance Fiat team is responsible for managing and developing all aspects of fiat and its interactions with Binance.com. This role is a unique opportunity for a payments & card native to join the crypto/web3 world. The position requires a senior, highly self-motivated, commercially pragmatic, business developer with strong influencing and negotiating skills to partner with international and external stakeholders in Europe. The ideal candidate will have worked in various parts of the card industry - from building a best-in-class card product with key features and relevant loyalty and rewards to delivering the product in the hands of every Binance customer across Europe.

Role:

• Project manage all aspects of developing and executing card products - from product design, to vendor selection, product delivery and go-to-market
• Project manage the end-to-end process of creating, developing and launching this product and partner with relevant internal and external stakeholders 
• Source, structure and negotiate deals with existing and new partners in pursuit of product and business objectives
• Develop and execute the post-product go-to-market strategy
• Work closely with the leadership team in Fiat, Europe & Card product

All about you

• Prior experience: ~6-10 years experience in creating, building and launching card products either at a bank, scheme network or fintech in Europe
• Have several years of experience designing relevant loyalty programs associated with cards 
• Can handle ambiguity in a fast-moving organization and thrives on a high level of autonomy and responsibility
• Have strong communication skills and be able to interact with external partners and internal teams
• Be a team player capable of coordinating resources across Binance’s flat organization.
• Strong bias towards action and acts with a sense of urgency to get things done
• Ability to lead without direct authority
• Have strong self-awareness, be open to different approaches/ideas; flexible
• Be hands-on, execution-oriented, willing and able to drive the progress of existing projects as well as plan the delivery of new activities
• Have high standards of personal and professional integrity
• Have a sense of humour; positive outlook; able to form rapport and good working relationship
• Have an interest in learning about Web3 and crypto and its interaction with the traditional finance players
