With a mission to make crypto accessible and secure for Telegram's vast user base, we're seeking a LegalOps Manager to join Wallet’s Legal team.

Role Description

As a LegalOps Manager, you will:

  • Support the legal team in managing the workflow of tasks and projects related to corporate, commercial and regulatory matters.
  • Prepare and manage documents, including populating and keeping updated the department’s dedicated Notion space.
  • Collaborate with product teams on integration of LegalOps solutions.
  • Organize and maintain legal databases (contract and entity management) and filing systems to ensure documents are easily accessible and in compliance with legal standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Legal research and analysis.
  • Document preparation and management.
  • Support in external counsel coordination.
  • Database and filing system maintenance.
  • Regular engagement with business stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • A formal certification in Paralegal Studies or a related field; a bachelor's degree in Law is preferred. We are also open to accepting students in their final year of studies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills. Full Professional English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
