I've been in the web3 space since 2017, I've been mining Ethereum back then with my build mining rig. Went into a few investments with ICO, and IDO until I met with Harmony.one co-founder the moment I start to work as a community manager for the blockchain in early 2019_ 
Long story short Harmony incubates AAG. Ventures, thus I helped with the bootstrapping and also community startup and partnership.
