Owned GTM and revenue end to end, generating $700K across enterprise deal sourcing, grants, token/ACP fees, and subscription clients. Launched $LOKY on Virtuals Protocol (ACP) and HyprEarn; token fees and ACP agent-services combined generated six-figure revenue at peak. Built a revenue-share partnership with Kosher Capital ($20-30K/mo depending on volume) and ran 8-10 subscription clients on DappLooker's API: another six-figure line running alongside the $150K enterprise total. Closed Peaq, ~$100K. When Peaq disputed payment on perceived low value, recovered it by pinning down what they were actually pushing back on, then re-pointing to value delivered and the contract terms. Sourced and closed $150K of a $350K pre-seed round (SAFE + token warrant). Built the investor list, refined the deck and pitch. Built the outbound pipeline from scratch: X, Telegram, recent-raise tracking, competitor and customer-conversation analysis. Led a 15-person cross-functional org (BD + marketing) reporting to the founders; ran marketing execution directly to close a gap in the team's CT fluency.

Closed $400K in client deals over the year, 2-3 per quarter ($30-60K each). Started in operations, expanded into BD and client success as scope grew. Doubled quarterly new-client onboarding (2-3 to 5) through improved inbound/outbound process. Built the Notion and Zapier systems that still run client account management and sales ops after I left. Owned delivery and retention across 20+ clients, leading the team.
