Developed comprehensive documentation and instructional materials for the ClassroomIO, enabling learners to understand complex technical concepts and tools with ease. Collaborated with software developers and instructional designers to create interactive tutorials and walkthroughs that guide students through the no-code development process, resulting in increased user engagement and retention. Contributed to the development of new features and functionalities within the no-code platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation alignment with product updates and releases. Collaborated with engineers and designers to identify knowledge gaps in the product’s functionalities and remedy them.

Worked with HelpAI (AI co-founder match application) as a backend developer intern for 6 months and Bizpend (budget and finance management application) as a backend developer intern for 1 month. Built an entire login and signup system with authentication and authorization for users. Collaborated with designers, PMs, and developers to build an efficient, scalable, high-end application. Participated in regular meetups where I learned about funding a startup and took part in surveys that asked questions about the product and how it solves users' needs. Built a budget schema that allows users to create budgets and allocate those budgets to other departments within an organization.
