I have been working in BFSI, Cards, Payments domains for 15+ years. I have delivered highly complex roadmaps, modernization strategies multiple times during various tenures. Over last one and a half years my focus has been on developing UPI capabilities in Tata Digital. (Tata NEU) 

I have a very good mix of experience in product, consulting, captive and service organizations. I have led cross functional teams and programs in global matrix organizations. I am seasoned enterprise, solutions, domain and data architect, product lead and engineering leader. 

I have gathered rich experience in world class organizations like HSBC, AXA, Capgemini, JPMorgan and Tata.

Currently I am working for Tata Digital and working on complex consumer super app that brings unified loyalty to most consumer brands from Tata group companies. I am leading Payment and UPI architecture space. 

During JPMorgan tenure, I have built and directly managed engineering, architecture and product teams. I played architect manager role for India site of Merchant Services. 

Innovations is one of the important facets of my career. I was able to submit 4 blockchain / DLT patents during my JPMorgan tenure backed-up by prototypes and business case. I like to be hands on and participating hackathons is my way to keep myself updated. Recently I have secured valuable recognitions in NPCI and Onyx blockchain hackathons.

I have been sharing my expertise via trainings and workshops with respect to TOGAF, Domain Driven Design, Microservices, Cloud to large number of audience within organizations.

Now I am looking for opportunities in Blockchain, Smart Contract, Web3 related projects. I am open to start as developer, tech lead, architect, product management, project management or consulting roles. Remote work will be preferred and can align work hours with US, EU /UK, Middle East and Asia time zones.
