Work with internal stakeholders (product, business, engineers, testers) to understand detailed requirements and design product features that meet the business need. Create multiple design systems from scratch following atomic design principles, overseeing their end-to-end implementation with developers. Present and defend design recommendations to partners, stakeholders, and senior leadership for review, feedback, and approval. Drive full product development circle with engineers in early-stage of the company: management of remote frontend and QA team, coordination of production releases.

Create visual designs and marketing materials for a steel sourcing B2B startup. Create clickable prototype for industrial B2B website and conduct user testing to increase trust and lead generation. Establish new brand identity and design marketing materials: email templates, blog article graphics, company brochure, white papers, case studies and presentations.
