My name is Mirnes Draževičanin, and I am an operations and customer support professional from Serbia with several years of experience in hospitality management and customer service. 

I worked as the Restaurant and Hotel Manager at M Star, where I was responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading staff, ensuring excellent guest satisfaction, handling customer concerns, managing inventory, controlling costs, and coordinating multiple departments to ensure smooth business operations. 

Alongside my professional experience, I have developed a strong interest in technology, particularly blockchain infrastructure, Web3, and AI. I have been actively studying blockchain technologies through hands-on practice, personal projects, and Chainstack certifications. I enjoy troubleshooting technical issues, learning new technologies, and solving complex problems. 

One of the projects I am most proud of is designing and building a business management application that helps companies manage payroll, clients, work orders, invoicing, reporting, and operational performance. 

I consider myself a fast learner, highly adaptable, and someone who enjoys helping people. My background in hospitality has strengthened my communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, while my technical learning has prepared me for junior roles in Technical Support, Customer Success, Operations, and Web3 infrastructure. 

Outside of work, I am a father of two boys, and I am motivated to continuously learn, grow, and build a long-term career in the technology industry.
