My name is Andrea Bello, and I am a 27-year-old from Spain. I hold a degree in Translator and Interpreting of English and German, as well as a master's degree in New Technologies applied to translation.

I have worked as a client engagement agent at Kraken Digital Asset Exchange for nearly two years. In addition to that, I have also completed various translation and localization projects for different companies. During my time as a client engagement agent in the finance sector, I have acquired several skills related to the field, such as processing verification documents through the KYC process, simplifying emails for clients, reviewing clients' accounts to resolve their inquiries, and more. Furthermore, I have assisted compliance agents in studying client cases, uploading reports depending on the jurisdictions (SAR), and reviewing account movements (Chainanalysis).

Moving forward, I am eager to continue my career in the financial sector while also applying my expertise in localization to help companies succeed.
