I am an IT specialist from Malta currently living between Malta and Finland, with about 5 years of experience in IT operations, end‑user support and cyber security. I have worked mostly in international and fully remote environments, handling onboarding and offboarding, access management and daily support for over 100 users across Windows, macOS and Linux. My technical skills include Entra ID/Intune, MDM, Action1, CrowdStrike, 1Password and JIRA administration. Projects:
Raketech - Implemented Action1 to centrally manage OS & 3rd Party updates for over 120 endpoints. Devices are grouped by department and risk level, updates are approved and scheduled automatically, and exceptions generate alerts instead of relying on manual checks. This significantly reduced missing‑patch findings and user downtime from ad‑hoc reboots.

Second, Built Power Automate flows to standardise employee onboarding and offboarding. The flows triggers tasks such as creating accounts, assigning the correct Entra ID/Intune groups, generating 1Password vault access, and opening JIRA tickets for laptop preparation. Departure flows immediately revokes access, de‑licenses the user, and notifies IT and security. Together, these automations reduced onboarding time, lowered access‑related incidents, and ensured a consistent, auditable process.

Vodafone Malta - Implemented a proof of concept for 3rd party connectivity within Vodafone which included the setup and testing and the process which needed to be adapted, getting rid of redundant servers and accesses which are not needed/required to third parties.
