Managing and guiding 4 cross-functional development teams, totaling around 20 engineers, including backend, frontend, and QA engineers. Focused on developing and enhancing the bank's compliance systems, covering anti-fraud, anti-money laundering (AML), financial crimes, and sanction list regulations. Led the creation of development processes from the ground up, including grooming, architectural design, estimation, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, across all 4 teams. Designed a robust architecture for AML business processes, identifying and implementing new services for onboarding monitoring and mitigations. Developed and implemented technical and business metrics for AML services. Established a process for creating data marts using Apache Airflow, and successfully integrated a new Data Warehouse (DWH), resulting in substantial cost savings for the company.

Zeal Group 2023 - 2024
Implemented payment engine services (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, money flow reports, integrations with payment providers) by leading a cross-functional team of 4 backend dev, 2 qa, 1 frontend dev and BA and using .Net and MySql. Managed migration company's payment services to Kubernetes, enhancing reliability, scalability, and manageability of the infrastructure, leading to improved performance and resource optimization. Initiated and controlled covering payment’s services with technical and business metrics using prometheus and Grafana, implemented alerting tools, which significantly improved systems’ observability and reduced incident response time. Implemented Clean Architecture and Domain Driven Design approaches in company’s payments services, improving code maintainability and readability. Created integration with Vault and transferred all secrets and passwords into it, which significantly increased the security of the company’s payment services.

Ozon 2021 - 2023
Led cross-functional team of 6 backend dev, 2 qa and 2 BA. Led the development and deployment of a fiscal receipt generation and storage system, responsible for registering receipts with tax authorities in multiple countries. This system, composed of 30 microservices, handles over 500 RPS and manages approximately 12 TB of data. Successfully migrated this system from a monolithic architecture to a microservices, significantly reducing maintenance and infrastructure costs while greatly enhancing system reliability. Expanded team from 4 to 10 members, significantly boosting productivity. Streamlined planning and business communication processes, doubling product delivery speed and enhancing planning accuracy. Led a project to implement automatic and load testing, drastically reducing testing time and ensuring seamless performance during peak season.

Tripled the speed of notification dispatch. Developed a system allowing customers to order, pay, and send orders to the kitchen via QR code in restaurants. Transitioned communication between the server and Android/iOS cash register devices from short-polling to message queuing via RabbitMQ, reducing server load by tenfold.
