I’m a senior software architect and team lead with 30+ years building and rescuing complex systems in production. Most of my work lives where things are expensive to break: fintech, banking, crypto, insurance, and cybersecurity. I design low-latency, high-availability architectures, lead migrations from legacy stacks to modern ones, and write code close to the metal when performance or security demands it (Rust, C++, kernel-level work).

In recent years I’ve led critical trading-system migrations to Rust, optimized high-frequency paths with Redis and event-driven architectures, and built secure integrations across distributed systems and multiple countries. I’m comfortable moving between strategy and hands-on execution, and I’ve spent a lot of time mentoring teams through technically risky transitions.

I’m looking for senior or principal-level roles where deep technical judgment matters: software architect, staff/principal engineer, or technical lead positions focused on high-performance systems, distributed architectures, fintech/crypto infrastructure, or complex migrations. Remote or hybrid, product-driven environments preferred—especially where hard problems are still allowed to be hard.
