1. Suggestion and development of new features to improve the user experience
2. Carrying out detailed dependency analysis of crucial
change requests
2. Coordinating with various teams to perform the impact
assessment of various downstream databases
3. Providing high - quality code
4. Handling a development team of four from offshore
5. Workflow management using Jira (Assigning and tracking
user stories) and Version Control System
6. Mentoring junior developers and reviewing their code
