I have handled B2B SaaS accounts, written for company blogs while managing SEO, launched DEI initiatives, provided and created new employee training programs and managed large online and in person communities. I have harnessed the power of storytelling, and the patience required to turn tech-jargon into layments terms for the average consumer.
