In this financial startup, I've managed the company operations costs, planned and enforce the budget for each projects. My other responsibilities was managing the payrolls, and every other expenses around the company. Testing trading strategies, create the reports about them. Other was to handle the legal tasks around the company, such as bank account opening, employe contracts, lease agreements. At it's peak the company had 30 employees and during the whole time I was the only one managing everything what had any numbers involved and created and presented for the investors

During my time in the Erste bank I've quickly became a corporate advisor. My main responsibilities was managing the companies with less than 1million euros annual turnover, continuous contact, Continuous review and optimisation of customer bank accounts and related packages and additional services.
