-Benchmarking competitor events on what is missing and what can be presented. -Formulated academic texts of regional regulations on public participation in governance of Tulungagung regency. -Contributed to review academic text of regional regulations for develop youth people of Tulungagung regency. -Assisted monthly agenda for the working visit of the Regional Legislative Council of Tulungagung.

-Directed National Seminars with Regional Legislative Council of Tulungagung, Head of the Banyuwangi Regency, -Public Policy Observer, and College Student that measure public participation through deliberative alternative democratic systems. -Responsible to 56 committee members and able to present 293 participants.

-Responsible for the realm of student reasoning which functions as the central of student's academic, strategic study of contemporary issues and agitation to the public to create collective goals. -Developed and managed 8 projects that have 5 grand issues which are regional issues, national issues, campus issues, electoral democracy issues, human rights issues and worked together with 9 staffs.

-Lead the National Seminar that focused on student mental health in the midst of the pandemic era and the Quarter Life Crisis. -Responsible to 51 committee members which consisted of 3 series and able to present 155 participants in the first series, 131 participants in the second series and 165 in the last series.

-Formulated financial resources for the events that has series which include national seminars, scholarship expo, internship expo, and national job fair. -Developed a strategy to convince collaborators sponsoring the events. Succeeded in raising funds for the event as much as IDR.3.117.200,-.
