I first purchased Bitcoin in 2012 at $30 as a curious 23-year-old. Since then, I’ve lived through multiple cycles and formally jumped in full-time in 2019—learning Solidity and committing my career to web3. Over the last 6 years, I’ve worked hands-on across exchanges, L1s/L2s, infra, and global brands—leading product, partnerships, growth, and marketing.

With a decade in consulting and deep time in the crypto trenches, I’ve built a niche at the intersection of strategy, marketing, and ecosystem growth. I’m skilled at translating and applying technical innovation into meaningful, accessible projects—for teams, users, and broader communities.

A career highlight was founding AO ArtBall, a web3 project with the Australian Open that blended live sports data, NFTs, and fan rewards. It sold out in minutes, became a Cannes Bronze Lion winner, and continues to set the benchmark for how IRL events can extend into digital ecosystems with real utility.

A close second: my work with Linktree [70M users] and Decentraland [multi $B market cap]. I developed Linktree’s five-year blockchain roadmap, guiding product, BD, and marketing teams in building tools that connected creators to their Web3 audiences. At Decentraland, I led global partnerships and helped position the platform as a cultural leader—launching initiatives like Metaverse Fashion Week and Metaverse Music Week, while scaling growth across user metrics, market cap, and brand, creator/developer reach.  

Beyond the work, I care about what I build. I’ve taught students the fundamentals of crypto and AI, launched projects that sold out in minutes, managed projects that went to multi $B market caps, and helped shape what “great” looks like in this space. I’m driven by belief—by projects that resonate, educate, and leave a mark.

PiP World was Exinity’s first web3 initiative—Exinity being the parent company behind leading TradFi brokerages FXTM and Alpari. I was brought in to lead strategy, growth, and partnerships across the PiP ecosystem, with a mission to make financial literacy accessible through gamified experiences. When I joined, PiP had a single web3 game in early development. I evolved it into a multi-product ecosystem, spanning Roblox, Telegram, and trading simulations. I negotiated and acquired the #1 finance game in Roblox (StockRise – 7.1M visits), launched PiP Gold Rush on Telegram (500k+ subs, 90K DAU), and built the foundation for $PiPS, our ecosystem token, leading up to its TGE. I led all BD, investor relations, grant applications, and exchange conversations, while managing the dataroom, pitch materials, and rollout strategies. I also evaluated whitelabel launchpad options to support Exinity’s IB partner network and onboard retail users into a next-gen financial education experience.

Consulted on Linktree’s web3 roadmap and led the development of test features including NFT Galleries, NFT-gated links, and wallet-verified profile assets. The goal was to make blockchain utility approachable and valuable for Linktree’s 50M+ creators. The project focused on real utility, user-friendly experiences, and strengthening digital identity. Built a five-year blockchain roadmap, led internal education for all departments, and turned strategic ideas into shipped features. Managed research, adoption models, and test case delivery across product, marketing, and BD.

Decentraland
2021 - 2022
Brought in to lead global partnerships and brand strategy during a pivotal growth phase for Decentraland. My role focused on scaling adoption and storytelling at the intersection of culture, commerce, and the metaverse. Oversaw strategic brand collaborations across Web2 and Web3, built and scaled the partnerships team, and worked cross-functionally with growth and marketing to drive exponential traction—helping grow MAUs from ~2,000 to 325,000+ and increasing token market cap from $350M to $6.5B. Led the inaugural Metaverse Fashion Week in 2022, bringing together over 30 global brands including Tommy Hilfiger, Paco Rabanne, and Estee Lauder. Also launched Metaverse Music Week, onboarding artists and partners like Paris Hilton and positioning Decentraland as a destination for digital culture.

Founded and led Run It Wild, a self-funded, award-winning blockchain venture studio focused on web3 strategy, digital collectibles, and metaverse experiences. We grew to a 22-person team across design, development (Solidity, React), strategy, and marketing—generating $6M USD revenue in FY21/22 with a 40% margin. We delivered first-to-market, consumer-ready web3 projects for blue-chip clients like the Australian Open (AO ArtBall – Bronze Lion at Cannes Festival 2022), Linktree (50M users, $1B valuation), and Elvis Presley Enterprises (exclusive IP licensee). I also led IP-driven drops and creative collaborations with talents like Alison Wonderland (Wonderquest), Kelly Wearstler, Alex Trochut, and David McLeod. In addition to founding four major NFT projects, I provided enterprise clients—including Linktree, Tennis Australia, World Table Tennis, and the U.S. Golf Association—with strategic advisory and 5-year blockchain roadmaps. The company was acquired in July 2022.
