My previous daily work is based on:
- Define, plan and implement community engagement strategies to drive product awareness and new games discovery.
- Manage the operational collaboration with partners to define and execute collaborative actions on our community
- Listen, track and monitor both the discord channel and external platforms such as forums, social platforms and chat groups to understand what users are saying about the product, respond to queries and increase positive engagement
- Work closely with Product and Customer Support to develop appropriate communications that support new features and marketing campaigns to community members
And finally, to keep up to date with all that blockchain technology entails, from cryptocurrencies and NFTs, to web3 gaming and the transition from web2 to web3.
